America

Not in my lifetime have I felt the need to love my country as much as I do now, America is being tested; we are being tried by ideas out of the past, failed ideas that have granted the power hungry an opportunity to flourish for a moment. Those in Washington have grown accustom to taking our hearts, our hopes and our money and discarding them as easily as one might a piece of used tissue.

America was born on the backs of those who thought, the will of the people should, at all times, trump that of the government. Nevertheless, throughout our history there have been those who thought they could come and take away from the people, what is there God given right, the right to choose for themselves.

            America is being tested.

This young republic has become the envy of the world, it being so young and so prosperous, has left the rest of the world sitting in awe of its glory. However, it has become the place where freedom is so free, the free have been led to believe that what is America, is less-great, than she ought to be. The free have been led to believe that this place of freedom is nothing more than a hot bed of hatred and corruption.

Well, I have no doubt that America is filled with those whose purpose in life is to satisfy their own needs, regardless of the circumstances. All one need do is look at how the politicians justify what they do in Washington as something done to help the masses. Their hypocritical push for a government run health care system is nothing like the medical program they provide for themselves and their families.

But I refuse to believe that Americans are as dumb as the politicians make us out to be. We might be lazy, but we’re not dumb. So when Americans decided to get up off their duffs, there is a reckoning coming to Washington, the likes of which has never been seen in history…

A great many Washington fixtures sitting in seats on Capitol Hill will find themselves joining the ranks of the unemployed.

America sleeps now, unaware of the monsters roaming the countryside, we’re ignoring the rattling shakes of the monsters every footstep, but are rousing due to the constant rumble. As we sit on the side of our beds, the sleep rubbed from our eyes, we begin to realize that that constant pounding was not a part of a dream, but that of an unwelcomed guest.

The true keepers of Americas’ liberty, the commoners, will bring down the monsters, not because we are brave, but simply because we are…

            …American

However, I need to remind you that the voices echoing out of Washington are like that of the Pied Piper gathering the children for a trip into the woods.

Our leaders no longer remind us of what was, or what should be, without the twist of their own personal agenda seeping through their two-faced words. The American hope is so desperate, that we would cling to an anchor in the middle of the ocean if you painted well enough to look like a life-saver.

I listened to a Martin Luther King Jr. speech the other day and started to cry. He was a man who believed in is God, believed in his country and the America that could be. A man whose time in life was surrounded by hate, distrust, and obligatory change. Dr, King spoke of a nation with promise, capable of change and hope, not based on his own personal agenda, but an agenda steered toward the healing of uneducated minds.

America is being tested.

I know times are tough, I’m a victim of it myself. But since when has America been successful by allowing the government to dictate what it might need? Americans do better when they are allowed to be American, even if it means falling down and scraping your knee. Americans believe…

That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.

America is being tested.

Americans were asleep,

however…

Look around politicians, get what you can while you can.

There is a reckoning coming…

In 2010, you will be introduced to the real spirit that is…

America.

Whether facing down soft tyranny or bloodthirsty killers, Americans, once eyes are opened to the threat, which we face, will stand side-by-side with our neighbor and do what needs doing.

            Because this is…

            America!

Sotomayor 60+% Wrong, 100% Guaranteed

Did I miss the memo about the qualifications needed for an individual to do a given job? When did the empathetic ability of an individual trump their obvious inability too properly interpret the laws and rules of their chosen profession?

What sound and logical Manager would opt to position an individual whose judgment was wrong more than 60% of the time into a roll, which would grant them the authority to dictate policies that would affect that company’s legal and moral guiding principles?

Allowing such individuals to rise to prominent positions can be seen as nothing more than a power move that begs to ask the question…

Why is it that a document, that has guided our nation to become the most powerful country on the planet, usurped by those who no longer, if they ever did, believe in its legitimacy?

I know, not the question you thought. I digressed, forgive me.

            At any rate…

Sotomayor is a bigot, in the worst way, in that she openly states her prejudice beliefs and is given a pass by those who agree with her. An awful part of this charade is that those who agree with her, are in positions of power. And an even more devastating part of this travesty, is the American people, who sit back and allow such things to occur, acting as coconspirators to a crime on the American way of life.

Sotomayor has been nominated to sit on the bench of the highest court in the land and 60% o the time she has had her rulings overturned by this bench.

            60%, Wow!

She is either incompetent or ideologically driven. Or both.

Are there no more qualified individuals ready to take a seat on the bench of the Supreme Court? Is there not one more individual who scored higher on their exams in college or whose rulings have a better percentage rate of approval? Is there not one more person whose interpretation of the law and the Constitution been tried, tested, and found far more competent? Is there not at least, one more?

As for a President who would appoint such a person who is obviously unqualified, he must want something in return.

Sotomayors’ kissing the boots of the President will probably be a mere 60% of what will be anticipated of her.

Again, I digress. Sorry.

Sotomayor has made her bigoted views clear, and with her self proclaimed low scores in college and 60% reversal of her judicial decisions, she feels that she is owed this position, not because she has earned it, but simply because she is a latino woman who has towed the line of the likes of Obama. She is a woman with a chip on her shoulders, as all could see from her decision to deny white firefighters a chance at promotion, because they are white. Sotomayor thinks the black candidates should have been promoted, whether or not they are qualified, in her opinion, has no bearing.

America, doesn’t that worry you the least bit?

We are no longer looking for the best qualified to do the most important jobs in our society.

We are not asking those looking to take on prominent positions to rise up and give us their best.

It is no longer, what you know…

It is who your ancestors are.

Sotomayor, 60+% wrong.

Isn’t there something 100% wrong with that?

Chaos' Gates Are Opened. Monsters Roam The Countryside

First, there was North Korea, testing Ballistic Missiles, detonating Nuclear Bombs and forcing U.S. war ships to scurry and intercept the possible sell of Arms and Nuclear Material to rouges around the world.

June 24, 2009

“If the U.S. imperialists start another war,

the army and people of Korea will …

wipe out the aggressors on the globe

once and for all,”

reported the North Korean Central News Agency.

Then there was Iran, blatantly rigging their elections and then killing those who attempted protest the violations of their given rights of a fair and honest election, if you can call the way their candidates are chosen, fair and honest. It’s all relative I suppose. Not to mention that their appears to be a rift between Obama and Iranian President Ahmadinejad, with the Iranian President now making the same types of threats toward our America, he has continually made concerning Israel.

June 27, 2009

"You should know that if you continue,

the response of the Iranian nation will be strong,"

Ahmadinejad said in a speech to members of Iran's judiciary,

which is directly controlled by the ruling clerics.

"The response of the Iranian nation will be crushing.

The response will cause remorse."

Now, in our own hemisphere, a corrupt Honduras President, Manuel Zelaya, attempts to buck the authority of their Supreme Courts and execute a Referendum to illegally change their Constitution, and is arrested and exiled by the Honduran military for his attempt to run for an additional term as President beyond the 4 year term their Constitution allows. Zelaya is supposedly hiding in Costa Rica where Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is threatening military action against the military, powers-that-be, in Honduras, to aid his leftist ally, Zelaya.

The only statement concerning this usurpation of the Honduras Constitution is from Obama, who stated he was…

"deeply concerned"

and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said

Zelaya's arrest should be condemned.

"I call on all political and social actors

in Honduras to respect democratic norms,

the rule of law

and the tenets of the Inter-American Democratic Charter,"

Obama's statement read.

A President who leads a nation where the Constitution is suppose to speaks for the people, appears to consider Honduras’s Constitution as valuable as his own. In spite of what the Honduras Constitution states, in spite of the finding in its Supreme Courts interpretation that no President should serve more than 4 years, is the law and should remain the law, our President appears to feel that, one man, should have the right to rewrite a document meant to be the voice of the people…

In light of America’s own Constitutional disregard of late, I am not surprised at his statement concerning the Honduras Presidential problem.

America has been a strong stabilizing force throughout the world for a great many years, the world has depended on our John Wayne attitude, even as they were so quick to criticize it. Every President is tested in one fashion or another, however, when American Presidents shows a glimpse of weakness, not so much in there policies, but in there inner self, the hunt is on. It is like a hungry wolf pack that smells fresh blood, when the scent of blood is in the air they track it, position it and then kill it. America has become prey to tyrants.

Obama promised the world would like us again…

But Obama promised a lot of things, none of which have come to pass. He has lied to the American people at every turn…

I am not surprised the world around us, the good and the bad, are feeling that the strong stabilizing weight of America has been lifted. It has lifted off the backs of rogues and from the sides of allies.

The gates of chaos have been opened…

…the monsters are free again, to roam the countryside.

Sanford And The Setting Sun

As the sun sets on another political career due to arrogance and irresponsibility, Gov. Sanford again shows an inability to do the right thing.

            Go find another job.

It is not so much the fact that Gov. Sanford can’t find it within himself to honor a contract he made with the mother of his children, but the manner in which acted by going to Argentina to spend time with his love interest.

I could care less about that fact that he is human and will behave as such, because his actions speaks volumes about his character and his ability to lead a state, let alone a nation. He was obviously a man confused and torn inside, which is fine, but it speaks to us as a nation and how we have allowed our representatives do what they will with our trust. We have forgiven and forgiven and now look at what we have.

Former President Bill Clinton brought an Intern into the Whitehouse and, without question, used the Oval Office as a sex domain while he was supposed to be performing the peoples business. It was, shrugged off, as something between him and his wife.

Hogwash!

We have politicians, openly committing crimes such as, Illinois Democratic Senator Durbin's Insider Trading with no penalty attached to committing such an offense. However, an investigation has been ongoing for months without any answer for the American public.

Just another arrogant move by our representatives to stretch the boundary’s of their power until it can be forgotten, and conveniently swept under the rug.

As the sun sets on this disgraceful moment with Gov. Sanford, how grand it would be to awake one morning and find a completely new batch of Senators and Congressman walking the halls of Washington. A whole new set of Governors and Mayors who run our states and cities. Each endowed with the realization that when they get elected, they either do the job we put them in office to do, or they will be fired and replaced by someone who understands their place when it comes to representing the people of America.

Americans, if you’re wondering why Washington is such a souse pool of corruption, look in the mirror.

We the people are the problem.

We commit acts of insanity.

We keep electing the same people, expecting different results.

Obama Will Stand Silent, While Others Fall

It has been said, that a man who will not stand for something, will fall for anything.

Obama has spoken strong words to the nation about our new direction, and has criticized us for our arrogance, and he as spoken strongly against those in our society who have achieved comfort in their living. In a loud voice, he has accused the affluent of failing the pitiable. He has done all this while touring Europe and traveling to New York for a date night on the American taxpayer dollar.

Yet, he has not found the courage to speak out against an obvious dishonest election in Iran, while invoking an indecisive statement concerning the situation those brave souls in Iran face. I don’t understand a President who resides in a country founded on the principles of freedom and honest elections for all. A President who resides in a country that, in its past, fought through similar struggles to provide freedom for all its citizens to a decent and honest electoral process.

But I wonder about the concept of election freedom when it comes to our new President. This is the same President who championed ACORN, the same ACORN, under indictment in 14 states for voter fraud. He didn’t seem to pay much attention to the accusations poised against ACORN for their actions in the 2008 election. Obama, in fact, has position ACORN to handle the upcoming census, possibly for their outstanding work in perpetrating an electoral fraud without much backlash.

            But I digress.

What happens in Iran, should stay in Iran in my opinion, and considering their rhetoric when it comes to Israel and America, I have very little compassion for what takes place in that country. Nevertheless, when anyone stands up for his or her freedom, no matter who they are, those who live in freedom should welcome their attempt at such, and voice their support for them at every turn.

            But not our President.

Obama has no internal self-beliefs about such things, the power hungry never do. What is important to Obama is based in an earlier statement he made concerning Iran…

"…willing to meet separately,

without precondition, during the first year of your administration,

in Washington or anywhere else, with the leaders of Iran…”

So why should those in Iran, or those here in America, expect our President to speak out against obvious election fraud, or to speak out against a regime hell bent on keeping its citizens away from a better future, or any future different from the one that regime has set for them.

Obama’s interest has little to do with what is right or just, only what is just right, for him.

Obama wears a black hat this story, he is the politician about whom so many movies have been made. You know the one, the man with enough power to destroy world. A smooth talking used car salesman who happen to win the lottery by simply being in the right place, at the right time. A lottery winner, whose history is not one of money, but American opportunity.

Such men have no convictions and never really take a stand on anything. They follow the polls and do everything they can to stand with the winners, no matter who the winners are. Be he black hat, or white hat, good guy or bad it doesn’t matter.

I am not naive, I understand the political process and how the good guys of the world have to deal with the bad guys of the world in order to get things done, that good men can conveniently work with bad men for the greater good. However, such acts should never be self-serving, not ever.

Obama has such a smooth way of laying out his self-gratifying claims, he could make a fool believe that, on a clear day, the wet pouring down the fools back, is really rain.

While those in Iran are risking their lives to bring about freedom, Obama is not weighing the cost of right and wrong, he is weighing the cost of doing or not doing depending on which is the most politically advantageous.

I wonder if a black American President with the family history of one bred in this country would approach this situation different. Obviously, a President born of a Muslim mentality feels different about such things as social living and freedom…

            But again, I digress.

America’s Decline Is Prophetic

America has turned upside down, where wrong is right and dishonesty is praised, and the America people sit back and let it happen without an outcry from any except a few voices, voices that have been attacked for their opinions, not in the normal discourse, but with clear malicious misrepresentation.

The Speaker of the House accused the CIA of continually lying to Congress and nothing, absolutely nothing is done. Pelosi refused to speak on it further, and that’s that. The media moves on to other topics, such as trying to find out if she will have tea or coffee for breakfast.

The President of the United State takes control of an American industry, goes so far as to fire the companies CEO’s, and replaces them with Obama Administration contributors. Not to mention those who invested in those companies, the Bond holders and such, who should have been first in line when it came to their position in the companies restructured finances, are considered lastly to Unions, the same Unions who are also enormous contributors to the Obama administration. In addition, what about the closing of Dealerships around the country, many of whom are known Republican contributors. Except of course the Dealership in Barney Franks district who called Democratic Senator Barney Frank after being notified that they had been targeted for closure. Barney Frank made a phone call and the Dealership was taken off the list of those dealerships that would be closed. Is this not criminal? If it isn’t, then my idea of what is lawful and what is not, is misconstrued. The example set by such actions misleads a country and sets a bad example for others, at the least.

Still, Americans do nothing, but sit back and watch and say nothing.

When the Government dished out billions to AIG, was hypocrisy at its worst. The same company that caused the financial crisis with bad polices and bad management, and government officials advocating their bailout after forcing them into their wrongful policies, and then admonishing them for doing what the government told them to do, is duplicity gone amuck.

Democratic Senator Dodd commits deliberate Insider Trading, and nothing is done. It is as if no law has been broken, no crime committed and excused as mere coincidence.

Did you hear that Obama fired an Inspector General because he was investigating an Obama supporter? Breaking the rules of engagement when it comes to firing an Inspector General, using the power of his office to dictate who can do what to whom. Inspector General Walpin was doing his job while Kevin Johnson was breaking the law, yet IG Walpin was fired and Johnson was let off the hook and promised more Taxpayer money to do with as he pleased.

            America has gone mad.

Our President has such disdain for our Constitution, that he remarks about its brilliance in open speeches, while his actions and policies spit on it at every turn.

You don’t have to be a genius to realize that we can’t survive, as a nation, with actions like this going unchecked. It is human nature to push things to the limit to see just how far one can go before bumping into a wall. If there is no wall, there is no reason to stop.

Have you ever watched a child admire a flame, as an example, whose inward desire is to go and touch the flame because it’s such a pretty thing. Internally he knows, because he has, no doubt, been told, the flame is hot. But regardless he wants to touch it. So, he eases ever closer and closer. Eyeing you to see if you’re watching and eyeing the flame. If you are not paying close attention, he will make his way to the flame and fulfill his desire. The child is simply following his nature, his curious nature. What a beautiful thing, that flame, what a beautiful thing. At the moment before he touches it, he wonders, ‘what does it feel like to get burned?’

Obama is moving ever closer to the flame. The only thing is, Obama’s not a child and he’s not the only one whose going too get burned.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see what’s coming.

You just have to be willing to see.

Walpin, Obama’s Pesky Fly

As easily as Obama killed that pesky fly buzzing around him during an interview with CNBC reporter John Harwood, he ended the career of Inspector General Gerald Walpin.

I have no doubt that Obama considered Mr. Walpin in the same vain as that of the fly he so easily killed on national television. Killed with a self-gratifying attitude, I think bespeaks of his attitude toward any whom he deems interfering in his business, unwelcomed.

Apparently, Mr. Walpin’s investigation into the misuse of AmeriCorps finances by NBA star Kevin Johnson, now the Mayor of Sacramento and a devoted Obama supporter, was unacceptable by our President, who felt it imperative to intervene and use the power of the Presidency against a citizen who was simply doing his job.

I have asked the question before in previous articles, have you seen enough to realize that our President is a man on a mission? A mission to change this country into something far beyond the principles on which this nation was founded?

Obama is a killer, of flies and of dreams, a man who can murder one of gods own creatures and destroy the career of one of our nations Patriotic Gentlemen, with ease, is possibly a wolf, in cheap clothing. (smile)

In violation of the 2008 Inspector General Reform Act, Obama failed to give Congress the 30 day notice along with a an explanation for his reasoning for the termination, Obama had a statement issued that could possibly mar the character of Mr. Walpin. A careless, cold-blooded act perpetrated by our own Head Of State, by our own President.

            Obama sent a message…

…and if no rocks are turned over from this pitiless act, and the snakes hiding beneath, forced out into the light, then America is dead inside.

Obama is suppose to be the ultimate enforcer of our nations laws, but if he so blatantly disregard them with such little regard, then we have no hope as a nation of laws, too be a nation at all.

Obama knew the law regarding the termination of Inspector Generals because as a senator, he helped craft the law in 2008.

So did you get the message America?

We are to be a socialist country headed by a dictator, a fly swatter of the most grievous degree.

Who will enforce the Constitution on this barefaced transgression of the law? A Senator, a Judge or an Inspector General? It would appear, that the world has turned upside down where nothing makes sense anymore. Judges with hateful intent are being nominated for the highest judgeship in the nation and the most powerful person in the world is humiliating Inspector Generals questioning the illegal spending of Taxpayers money.

Is America yet dead inside, or is it being slowing slain, bit-by-bit?

53 Year Old Deomcrat From Arizona Wrote A Letter

CLIFF: This letter from the 53 year old woman in Arizona, read by Glen Beck on his program is one that needs to be shared with all, no matter your political affiliation. If you feel as if your government is ignoring the Constitution, and trashing the principles that made this country the greatest in the world, or you believe that Obama is the best thing since sliced bread, you need to hear these words. So read aloud.

JANET: I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.

Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.

Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.

Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!

Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there.

Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.

Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why -- what do you have against shareholders making a profit?

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.

Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try -- please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.

Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.

From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.

We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when hewill rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.

Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you. If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming.

Sarah Palin, A Leaders Voice

It has been decades since America has felt the words of a leader who spoke, not only from her heart, but in a way similar to the everyday individual, a strong personality whose beliefs appear to coincide with that of the people. An everyday girl who showed-up when called to speak on a major political stage, a proud hockey mom whose venture into politics is based, not in money and power, but in that of helping her local community. With no desire for political power or personal wealth, though I have no doubt she will obtain both. However, I do believe that for Sarah Palin, enough of anything is probably too much.

One can only imagine that she won over the locals the same way she did the American hearts and minds, she believes in something more than herself. She believes in the American spirit.

She’s not like an Obama, whose views can outwardly change according to any given polling data sheet in order to achieve his inward agenda. She could probably care less about what others might think of her. However, she is careful to display this side of her for reasons, one like myself, appreciates and understands.

While Obama finds it very easy to look the American public in the eyes and give them premeditated rhetoric with superficial ease, Governor Palin found her credible voice while running for Vice President under Senator McCain’s restricting, and often self defeating, limitations.

She has endured harsh criticisms from those who fear her awesome capabilities, and has placed her loved ones in the lions den, all for the greater good.

She is a champ whose family ties should be championed.

She is my hero, and I can only hope and pray that my daughter Sara grows up to be the type of woman she is.

The first black President should have been a man whose ideas matched those of Martin Luther King. However, Obama is merely a byproduct of Dr. King and nothing more.

Sarah Palin will not be the first of her kind, she will simply be another American called to duty in a time when America was in need.

Just another reassuring voice who answered Americas ‘Call to Arms’…

… uncompromising.

The Ever Rolling Storm Of War

In a time when war rolls in, there is a calming period where those who are prepped and ready to attack, work through final preparations, the final movement of pieces and possibly one final push to have their demands met, or else…

Further threats are issued, threats sounding no different from any in the past. With allies validated, and hidden agreements put into motion…

The time to strike draws near.

It is apparent, that the quarry about to be hit with an onslaught, has to be unaware. For no attack works better than the one unseen or unsuspected. The soon to be attacked, must be reassured that all is well, its leader will no doubt be of a suspicious nature, but either through arrogance or ignorance, he will be caught off guard, if the plan is well executed. Another frightening aspect to this scenario is the idea that the soon to be attacked Leader, has some unsuspected role in the imminent attack and was either willing to do nothing, or encouraged to do nothing.

The attacker will have bided their time for the opportune moment to strike.

Through misdirection, and false information the attacker will confuse, the soon to be attacked, and allow them to focus their attention on other more, seemingly important, but irrelevant matters. Remember, when the Japanese attacked America, as we watched the Japanese fighter planes fly overhead, none thought it would end as it did. Why should they, it was Germany that terrorized Poland in a land far from America, and dialog between America and the Japanese was ongoing. However, none realized the extent of the alliance between the Japanese and the Germans, and consequently, more than two thousand people died at Pearl Harbor.

None in America thought it possible that any would dare attack the Great America, let alone, on its own shores.

I hear these same words today, yet look around at what’s taking place in the world and wonder how it is so many can burry their heads in the sand or just ignore the nine hundred pound gorilla in the room. A friend of mine wrote to me and said…

“I don’t live my life through fear.

I never worry about ‘what if’ and am especially not worried about our government ruining my life.

I make things happen and if I don’t like things, I change it.

The government is the last thing I’m worried about.

Things get sh***y here… I’m off to New Zealand or Australia .

Who cares?

There are waaaaay bigger fish to fry.

Worrying about politics and religion is a total waste of energy…”

I have compassion for his feelings and understand that there are many who feel exactly as he does. Yet I must reason that those who wish us harm, are banking on that very feeling emanating from the majority of those whom they desire to subjugate.

However, what those who feel and think along those lines, fail to understand, is that if America falls, there is nowhere else in the world to run or to hide, because those who brought down the democracy of America will not stop at the shores of America. Any other nation proclaiming to subscribe too a democratic society, in any form, will be in the conquerors sights as well. Remember, when Hitler said he would stop at Poland’s boarder, he lied. Just ask the former Soviet Union if their assistance in the attack on Poland guaranteed that they would be spared the raft of the ruling conquerors. Hitler’s vision of what the world should look like under the German rule included his allies succumbing to his desires as well.

As I look out over the horizon, I see a storm clouding moving our way. I will, of course, go about my day-to-day, living my life as an American who believes in his country and the people in it. Nevertheless, preparing for the worst, and hoping for the best. Life is after all, too short, my friend informed me.

Should the clouds prove to be nothing more than a light drizzle, I will be thankful that my garden received the rain, my grass the water. However, our new President has many unanswered questions about his true intentions. He once said his father was not a Muslim but we now hear him say that his father was indeed a Muslim. He said he would not sign a bill until the American people had ample time to read it, but has repeatedly signed bills that should be debated by the people, and others, distributing our money into unknown whereabouts and in unknown amounts. He said he did not want to have the government interfering with the free market process, but once the government handed money over to Fannie Mae’s CEO, Franklin Raines and GM CEO Rick Wagoner, they where out of a job, by order of the President.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Obama has promised hope and change at this new beginning…

“We have experienced a miracle, something unique, something the like of which there has hardly been in the history of the world…

He (God) abased us, laid upon us a period of shamelessness, but now after a struggle… he has permitted us to bring that period to a close.

It is a miracle, which has been wrought… It shows us that the Almighty has not deserted our people, that He received it into favor at the moment when it rediscovered itself.

And that our people shall never again lose itself, that must be our vow so long as we shall live and so long as the Lord gives us the strength to carry on the fight.”

Indeed, Obama has informed us of our uniqueness in time and in deed. He informed the world that we had lost our way, our morals, but that we are now on the path of redemption. He has assured the world that Americas is one of the largest countries of the Muslim faith. Obama has assured the world that America would never again lose its way.

This he vowed…

The above-italicized words are those of Adolf Hitler in a speech to the “Old Guard” of the Party at Munich on March 19, 1934.

I just wanted to see if any of you have heard those same words of late.

The battles occurring in Iraq and Afghanistan, I feel, are relevant and necessary, and was inevitably unavoidable.

Our freedoms frighten even me, in the things we have aloud to unfold in its name and the things we have given up to preserve it. A society that cannot, in this day and age, decide when life begins, would surely be hard to understand if you had not been born to its understanding. So, there are those around the world who fear us and our ability to spread our beliefs beyond our boarders and are willing to do what they deem necessary, no matter how ludicrous, to stop and or destroy us.

Human nature dictates our actions, whether we accept it our not. No matter how many times in the past it has occurred, we have yet to learn and understand the signs of approaching conflict. So, we are doomed to repeat the same mistakes.

I pray that America is the strong and resilient nation it has proven to be throughout history, because no matter how you look at it, in this battle…

…only the strong will survive.

It is our nature.

Sad.

Can we change things? Perhaps.

Will we? Who knows.

Only time will tell.

Obama, The Demi-god Splurges While Others Suffer

What character of a man goes on a trip to New York’s Broadway, on our dime? When all the rest of the nation is struggling through “The worst economic crisis in American history”, he once said. With a great many about to lose their jobs, Chrysler struggling through bankruptcy court and GM headed in the same direction, what kind of President takes a trip on the American dollar, for no better reason than a trip to a Broadway show?

Let Obama tell it, the greatest American President in history, greater than President Lincoln, greater than President Kennedy, and greater than President Roosevelt. In a little over a hundred days, he has become the greatest President in history. That's funny, that's real funny. That's self proclaimed.

I could care less about what Obama thinks his legacy will be in history, and the way he spins every misstep in the media, he is deeply concerned. I believe the American people will grow tired of his arrogant behavior, with Obama insisting that everyone one in the country should suffer…

          …but him.

With Iran threatening one of our greatest allies, North Korea testing nuclear weapons and firing missiles capable of reaching the United States, not to mention threatening war with another of our allies, South Korea

Obama is having a good time, keeping a promise he made to his wife while breaking every promise he ever made to the American people.

Have you seen any change of good fortune promised from the massive spending bill? Has the countries crisis begun to ease and jobs gained from Obama’s Trillion Dollar Bail Out?

Obama’s spending money like it belongs to somebody else. You and I have embarked on a spending spree where we gain nothing more than a delighted President, while many Americans are losing the shirts off their backs.

Yet there he goes again justifying another thing he felt he needed to do, not for the good of the country, but for the good of Obama.

The day will come when America will open its eyes to what they have elected, I pray it will not be too late and the damage already done before this country has an epiphany.

You had better wake up America, before you reach into your pockets and find that Obama ‘Madoff’ with your hopes, your dreams and your Change.

Sotomayor 60% Racist

Sotomayor’s judicial reputation is without doubt questionable, her ability to understand the rule of law has been tested time and again with 60% of them being rejected by the same court she has currently been nominated to become a part of.

60% is a staggering number, and to me means she either does not understand how the law should be applied, or as a judiciary, she intends to change the law from the bench to suit her ideology.

In either case, this is unsettling. It is a complete turn around from the premeditated meaning of the Constitution…

Justice should be blind and applied according to the law, ones race or gender should have no place in the decisions made by those who have been appointed to execute the laws of the nation. If it is shown that ones ideology cannot be tempered, there is no seat for them on the bench of justice.

Now I know that such people as press secretary Gibbs and Democratic Senator Schumer are telling all to, tread lightly, when it comes to speaking of race as applied to Sotomayor. But whey would I listen to the likes of a Schumer or even Gibbs? While the Democratic Left treated Supreme Court Justice Clearance Thomas with utter contempt, and not to mention Miguel Estrada as recently as 2001. A man who the Democratic Party went out of their way, and did everything could to keep from an appointment to United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit
Mr. Estrada was nominated in 2001; he withdrew his name in 2003 after two years of being run through the mill of the Democratic grinder.

America is being destroyed from within.

By allowing this nomination to go forward, a message is being sent across the nation that even a bigot can be seated on the highest court in the land and can be dressed up and made to look pretty, I say sarcastically.

This appointment will demoralize the very foundation of our judicial system.

DON’T DO IT AMERICA! DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN!

Voice your disapproval in mass numbers, call your senator and tell them to stand up against this obvious bigotry set upon us by the man who promised peace and unity for our nation but has done quite the opposite, at every turn.

Remember 60% wrong.

How wrong will she be, sitting on the bench of the HIGEST COURT IN THE LAND?

War Is At Hand

Others have declared war on the United States as far back as I can remember, but America has decided to rename such things as “Man-caused disasters”, a term better fitting to that name itself.

After September 11th 2001, I was afraid, but there was something about President Bush and the way world leaders reacted and responded to him that brought me peace. They didn’t like him. That was all right with me, he wasn’t trying to make buddies and build relationships, he was trying to ensure that such an attack never happened again, under his watch.

When I began to hear about how other leaders who where displeased with him, I began to sleep soundly at night again. President Bush was taking care of business and I didn’t need to see or hear about all he was doing as President, because when I looked in his eyes I knew he was a man who would take it to the max against those who meant us harm.

Leaders around the world saw the same thing I did and they didn’t like it, or him. And like I said, that’s just fine with me.

Obama is another creature, a man cut from a different cloth than the likes of George W. Bush. And, if you think I can see it, so do world leaders.

Obama feigns a love for this country, but so did other leaders who carted their countries, their societies, to untimely ends by attempting to change what took a great many lifetimes to build. We could look at these past, power hungry leaders and find good arguments regarding their love for their countries, but the ends where all, dreadfully the same.

With North Korea firing missile after missile and testing nuclear weapons and receiving nothing more than the usual stern, “We are very angry with you!” pathetic prattle. While declaring that the treaty signed between the U.S. and South Korea are null and void, virtually declaring war.

There is Communist China, whose influence in North Korea is supposedly crucial, has America falling deeper and deeper in debt to the Chinese. China’s influence in North Korea will affect our decisions when dealing with that Communist State. China’s military force is one of the strongest in the world and is slowly becoming the worlds dominating superpower, both militarily and financially.

Then there is Iran, furthering their nuclear capability while consistently threatening to eliminate the Israeli (Jewish) population. The host of some of the worst terrorist in the world and an ideological belief that, in itself, is designed to bring about the destruction of all who fail to believe what they believe. Moreover, if some true believers happen to perish in the wake of this destruction, so be it.

Then there is Russia. Nuf said.

America’s foreign policy appears to have fallen asleep at the switch, while Obama is either ignorant man who has gathered around him a collection of clowns incapable of grasping the full scope of what is apparently happening in the world, or he just doesn’t care.

Read the article below and become afraid…

because you should be.

Pam Geller (Wrote)

(I am a student of history.  Professionally, I have written 15 books in
six languages, and have studied history all my life.  I think there is
something monumentally large  afoot, and I do not believe it is just a
banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis.  Yes, these exist
but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now
coming into a sharper focus.
Something of historic proportions is happening.  I can sense it
because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people
react to it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something
happening within our country that has been evolving for about 10 - 15 years.
The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.
We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing
our economy.

     Why?
We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history,
and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why
we are worth preserving.  Students by and large cannot write, think
critically, read, or articulate.  Parents are not revolting, teachers are
not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity.  Why?
We have now established the precedent of protesting every close
election.  Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?  We
have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to
write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream
Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana
republic.

     To what purpose?
Now our mortgage industry is collapsing, housing prices are in free
fall, major industries are failing, our banking system is on the verge of
collapse, Social Security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire
government.  Our education system is worse than a joke (I teach college and
know precisely what I am talking about.)   The list is staggering in its
length, breadth, and depth.  It is potentially 1929 x 10.  And we are at war
with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending people of the same
religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have
the opportunity to do so.
And now we have elected a man no one knows anything about, who has
never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla,
Alaska .  All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in
their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him, drip
by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary (Surely you have heard him
speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force
stronger than our military for use inside our borders?  No?  Oh, of course.
The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he
answer it. Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter and $150,000 wardrobe is more
important.)
I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am
now.  This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has
never, ever done in his professional life.  In my assessment, Obama will
divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign
the pieces into a new and different power structure.  Change is indeed
coming.  And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.
I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral
German felt in the mid-1930s.  In those times, the savior was a former
smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German
knew next to nothing..  What they did know was that he was associated with
groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they
disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory
and promises.. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he
was a great speaker  And he smiled and waved a lot.  And people, even
newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would
bully them into submission.
And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic
crisis at hand [the Great Depression].  Slowly but surely he seized the
controls of government power, department by department, person by person,
bureaucracy by bureaucracy.  The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name,
where they were taught what to think.  How did he get the people on his
side?  He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and
goodies for the military-industrial complex.  He did it by indoctrinating
the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages,
better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country,
across Europe , and across the world.
He did it with a compliant media - Did you know that?  And he did this
all in the name of justice and .. . .. change.  And the people surely got
what they voted for (Look it up if you think I am exaggerating.)  Read
your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down,
called names, laughed at, and made fun of.  When Winston Churchill pointed
out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in
England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat an
called a crazy troublemaker.  He was right, though .
Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in
Europe .  It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and
universities.  And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just
two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens,
killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and
neighbors against neighbors.  All with the best of intentions, of course.
The road to Hell is paved with them.)
                                                              by Pam Geller

No one can predict the future accurately, but to ignore certain facts and circumstances is foolish. And to say that things are quite different than they where in times past, is ignorance and an inability to notice the three hundred pound gorilla in the room.

A segment of the world is at war with us, with secret allies who strive toward America’s downfall.

Look at what our government is doing and reason the effect such action will have on our society and others, and then look at what others are doing around the world, and you tell me, if the world isn’t a tender box that needs but a spark to ignite it.

Obama promised peace and bi-patrician ship, yet we have seen none of this come about.

However, what we have seen are covert rogue nations become openly so.

The gloves are off, Iran, Korea, Russia and China are striking at us with bare knuckles, and our leader doesn’t even know how to make a fist, or what to do with it if he did. He’s treated killers with conversation, while they have treated him with laughter and blatant disrespect.

God I hope I’m wrong, but…

War is at hand.

Some White Man Broke Sotomayors Heart

Here we go again, another racial remark aimed at white America and shrugged off as a statement made by a race that has been downtrodden and white America is the blame.

            Sotomayor said:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman

with the richness of her experiences

would more often than not reach a better conclusion

than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,”

So according to Sotomayor, no white male has ever had to pull himself up by his bootstraps to reach a position of prominence. It was, of course, handed to each and every one of them on a silver platter.

            If a white male said:

“I would hope that a wise White man

with the richness of his experiences

would more often than not reach a better conclusion

than a Latino woman who hasn’t lived that life,”

Both are racially charged statements and would, under normal circumstances, provide great insight into the mindset of an individual. However, Sotomayor, she is Hispanic and has been given a pass to say what she really feels. Which, in it self is admirable, but disqualifies her for a seat on the highest court in the land. Not because of what she said, but because of how she feels inside and is apparently unable to control those feelings.

I think the time has come for us to begin to demand more from our representatives as well as our judiciary. Sotomayor believes that judges “MAKE LAW”, so obviously this well educated Hispanic has failed to grasp the understanding of how our system of justice works. She has failed to understand that judges “INTERPRET THE LAW” and should be able to move beyond personal feelings when it comes to their decisions.

Sotomayor obviously feel that white men have no Constitutional Rights and equal protection under the law when it comes to being racially discriminated against. Her decision against the New Haven Conn. white firefighters proves this point beyond question.

            So I ask…

What white man broke Sotomayors heart?

Remember, discrimination is discrimination, no matter how you dress it up. If a judge fails to uphold the law for any who has felt the sting of this damaging practice, she would allow that door of hatred to swing wide and…

…if I was a white American, I would be getting sick and tired of being discriminated against and everyone, even other white Americans, thinking discrimination against whites was OK.

Conservatism Should 'Broaden Itself'? Why?

Why are liberal-like individuals, who call themselves Conservatives, picking fights with those who stand-up for Conservative values? It’s like they don’t understand the true meaning of the word…

Unwavering: firm in view or purpose and unable to be swayed or diverted from it

Since there are those who are advocating a change in the way, Conservatism, should be applied, please explain what it is you mean when you say, “…the Republican party has to be a broad party that appeals across the country.”? – Mr. Gingrich.

Colin Powell has time and again disappointed me when it comes to those whom I at one time held a great amount of respect for, but perhaps he could again change my mind by explaining, exactly, what it is he means when he says we should “broaden ourselves” to be more relevant.

Answer me this General Powell, what would a command be like if, with each blowing wind or each downturn, the Commander switched his opinion or altered his orders of the objective to fit the current will of his followers or potential followers?  Now I know combat is an ever-changing element and tactics are often altered to fit current situations. Nevertheless, the object remains the same. To Win.

So why would Conservatives, become Liberals?

Why would Conservatives not hold fast to their ideals, which at the core, are it’s objectives. Conservatism is not an ever-flowing thing, it is a belief deeply rooted in the survival of our way of life, our culture, our country. A core principle that has, since the founding of human kind, led to advancements for all.

            Smaller government…

Right to life….for even the unborn…

            Individual responsibility…

            Did I mention, smaller government?

Are you, General Powell, and those who think like you, suggesting that Conservatives no longer hold these truths to be self-evident? Self-evident that a ‘smaller government’ keeps those like Obama from attempting to force us to drive ‘clown cars’, simply because an inconclusive science says so?

Or, that Conservatives should rethink the idea of ‘when life begins’, and that at any stage of the growth of a child in the womb, is one where the termination is viable?

Or, that Conservatives should feel that ‘individual responsibility’, actually means, ‘it is always some one else’s fault’ when things don’t go your way. When the fact is that individuals make choices and they have to live, or die with them.

Colin Powell, you are a prime example of why Conservatives should never, not ever, change what we believe. You once voted for Republicans, now you vote Democratic, for belief’s sake.

Well, the Conservative movement did not change from the eight years of President Bush to the election of Obama.

The Republican Party did, but then we’ve been losing elections since that change occurred.

So, that begs to question…

Why should we listen to a man who can’t even commit to the basic ideals of one party or another?

I think you voted for Obama simply because he was black, or should I say ‘African American’.

But, if I’m wrong, get on national television and lay out the direction in which you think the Conservative movement should go.

If you don’t do it, then I’ll think what I think and believe what I believe and listen to very little of what you have to say, from this day forth.

Because if I’m right, you are so wrong.
